Jeopardy

Shhh!  Little did the students know how much they were learning while having fun playing Jeopardy.  Students worked together as a team to correctly produce the answer.  We were focusing on the variations of the long a sound.

Voting

The kids were so excited to be able to vote for the election.  If our votes were a prediction of who would have been president, Mitt Romney would have won.  The students did an awesome job learning about the election.  They were very interested in the terms "republican and democratic."  They loved to associate the animal and color with each party.
